Evan has been with Rocky Mountain Recreation since 2010, working her way to President and Owner since her entry-level position as an installation assistant. Working at each level within RMR, Evan has gained extensive knowledge of the product and installation process. Evan’s skill paired with her enthusiasm for the industry guarantees that her customers receive excellent service and the outcomes of her vendor and client partnerships are beautiful, functional play spaces.

Jarett has been with Rocky Mountain Recreation since 2018 assisting clients from sales to project completion. Currently, he specializes in installation and facilitating the timeline, needs, and logistics for our clients. He manages our subcontractors to ensure seamless installation within the projected schedule.

Isabel started at Rocky Mountain Recreation in 2013, managing office relations and back-end invoicing and post-project work. In her tenure, her skill has touched all aspects of our projects. Because of her expertise, she oversees the sales and project operations of RMR managing contracts, pricing, invoicing, and warranty fulfillment, all with attention to detail and accuracy.

Since joining Rocky Mountain Recreation in 2021, Caroline has combined her creativity and project management expertise to bring playground visions to life. With a strong emphasis on customer relationships and project execution, she manages projects from design through installation, working closely with landscape architects, municipalities, and contractors to ensure the success of each project. Her commitment to collaboration and attention to detail results in playgrounds that communities love for years to come.

Thomas has been a member of Rocky Mountain Recreation for 2 years. He has an extensive background in commercial construction and design. As a Project Manager he is the main point of contact for projects and manages the entire process and coordinates with the client on their wants, changes, and timelines. With a technical understanding of equipment, safety standards, and design, he can provide expertise and collaboration throughout the project.

Katie brings over 20 years of experience spanning local government and landscape architecture project management, offering a well-rounded perspective on park and playground development. Her background working on both the public and consultant sides allows her to effectively navigate projects from concept through installation. At Rocky Mountain Recreation, Katie works closely with municipalities, landscape architects, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and execution. Her strengths in stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and long-range planning help deliver thoughtful, high-quality outdoor spaces that serve communities for years to come.

Johri brings over 18 years of construction management experience leading commercial and recreational projects across Colorado and the Western United States. As Construction Manager for Rocky Mountain Recreation, he oversees playground and park installations statewide, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Previously, Johri led amenity development for Toll Brothers in the Western U.S. and managed more than 450 construction and renovation projects totaling $315 million for McDonald’s U.S. Development in the Rocky Mountain Region. His collaborative leadership style and extensive industry background help create recreational spaces that serve communities for years to come.

Courtney brings eight years of experience in landscape architecture, urban planning, and land planning to Rocky Mountain Recreation. As a playground designer with a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and a minor in Social & Environmental Justice from Ball State University, she is passionate about creating inclusive, community-centered outdoor spaces that encourage play, engagement, and accessibility. Her experience spans commercial, residential, master planning, and community development projects, giving her a strong foundation in both technical design and creative problem-solving. Courtney approaches each project with a focus on fostering connection, reflecting the unique character of the community, and creating joyful environments that inspire play, exploration, and a lasting sense of place.

Kael is the Marketing Manager at Rocky Mountain Recreation, where he oversees the company's branding, marketing, photography, videography, graphic design, and digital communications. A highly organized self-starter and skilled multitasker, Kael is committed to maintaining the highest standards across every aspect of RMR's marketing efforts. With a background in videography, photography, and graphic design, Kael enjoys finding creative ways to showcase Rocky Mountain Recreation's exceptional playgrounds and outdoor spaces. He is passionate about telling the story behind each project and representing the RMR brand with professionalism, creativity, and authenticity.
